I am the voice of Feyre Archeron
Feyre is a 19 year old mortal struggling to make ends meet in a dangerous fantasy world while trying to take care of her family. She is a survivor, strong of will, and has the determination to care for those who are helpless.
My thoughts on this project…
Being the voice of Feyre was an awesome experience. I’m no longer a young girl, but being part of this project made me want to reflect on how I was when I was nineteen. When you’re young, you don’t really know much of who you are and what you want, especially when you’re in a position of taking care of several people. As I performed, I wanted there to be vulnerability in her portrayal, almost a fear of her situation. Yes, she is a strong character but she’s also not fully developed and I wanted to make sure that was clear.
Sarah J Maas made voicing a young woman really fun, her dialogue made a lot of sense to me as both a reader and performer and my characters to portray are flawed characters.
I provided full narration and voice for Feyre for books one through four, the fifth book is narrated by Colleen Delaney! Thank you to everyone for all of your love and support, you’re so amazing and I hope we continue to entertain you with this unique style of audiobook listening.
